The Sudler
Originally built in 1958, The Sudler building is a mid-century modern office building near the Capitol. The building was fully restored, inside and out into boutique office space with Blue Sparrow Coffee on the main level and the Sudler Athletic Club, a private gym amenity in the basement. The building was completely stripped down to the original concrete structure with all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems installed as well as a custom interior walnut storefront system, walnut central stair and luxurious custom millwork and finishes throughout. The exterior ring façade installed is a throwback to the original concrete “sunshade” that had been removed at some point in the past.
